PartnerTech Europe and TriniTEQ announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance that spans product development, production and distribution on a global basis. The agreement will see both companies collaborating to develop and produce a Partner-Tech mobile POS incorporating TriniTEQ’s RF WaiterPAD technology. TriniTEQ Limited, the UK subsidiary of
Australia-based TriniTEQ International Pty Ltd and leading provider of handheld
hospitality point of sale systems in Europe, announced today that its WaiterPAD
hospitality handheld system was selected for the third consecutive year to be used
at the Hyde Park summer music festival. The WaiterPAD handhelds are used during
the festival to take orders and improve service in the VIP area. This year’s
festival, called Hard Rock Calling, features performances by Paul McCartney,
Pearl Jam, and Stevie Wonder. The three day festival will run Friday 25 June
through Sunday 27 June in Hyde Park in London.

of its larger chain WaiterPAD customers signed an agreement for expanded use of
TriniTEQ’s back of house software and restaurant POS. This agreement valued at
upwards of US$300,000 over the next 18 months is comprised of system upgrades,
professional services, recurring maintenance and support as well as additional
software licenses in six (6) new stores in 2010.

TriniTEQ Australasia (previously known as PalmTEQ) has just released specifically for the Hotel and Tavern industry. This new add on feature gives WaiterPAD the ability to operate Tab accounts within the handheld solution. Our research and development into this solution came from our Hotel POS customers who wanted patrons to be able to move around a venue, ensure that all their purchases are kept track of and that the patron pays once at the end of the night.
