The new Triniteq app makes it even easier to contact support

Want to access Triniteq support through your phone or tablet? Well, we’ve got an app for that! Our new support app provides another quick and easy way to access our specialist support team at any time.

With the app you can:

  1. Access POS and web support
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation and download the form
  3. Submit a support request and receive a ticket
  4. Track updates to your ticket through notifications
  5. Send comments regarding your ticket to support


Currently, the app is only available on Apple devices, but the Android version is coming soon. Sign-up to our blog to find out when it is released.

iPhone users can download the app from the Apple iTunes store.

The next and final phase (for the time being anyway) of our support upgrade will be our logged-in support area where you can do everything you can with the app, just from your desktop.
