How do I pay for my PowerEPOS subscription?

PowerEPOS Payment Methods

Pay your PowerEPOS subscription via direct debit or card, either monthly or annually. You'll receive email invoices each month.

Available Payment Options

Payment Methods

  • Direct debit - Automatic bank account payments
  • Credit and debit card - Secure card processing

Billing Frequency

  • Monthly payments - Standard billing cycle
  • Annual payments - Pay yearly instead of monthly

Invoice & Billing Process

Customers will receive their invoice via email each month containing:

  • Subscription charges and payment details
  • Payment due dates and account information
  • Digital invoice for your records

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, payments are re-tried automatically over a number of days after the initial processing. Email reminders are also sent at each stage. If the final payment still fails the account will be suspended.

Failed Payment Process

  1. Automatic retries - Multiple payment attempts over several days
  2. Email reminders - Notifications sent at each retry stage
  3. Account suspension - If final payment attempt unsuccessful

To ensure successful payments:

  • Keep payment method details current
