About Triniteq

Triniteq is an Australian hospitality technology company, providing PowerEPOS point of sale software along with the hardware, installation, training, and ongoing support that make up a complete POS system. Read more about Triniteq. Founded in Perth in 1997, Triniteq now serves hospitality venues across Australia.

Triniteq was founded in Perth in 1997 and now has a team distributed nationally. Triniteq supports venues across every state, from independent cafes to major stadiums, all on the same platform.

PowerEPOS is Triniteq's cloud-hybrid point of sale software. It handles front-of-house sales, kitchen order routing, table management, and reporting, and keeps working even if your internet connection drops, syncing automatically once it's back.

PowerEPOS runs in thousands of venues across Australia, ranging from single-site cafes and food trucks to multi-site restaurant groups and major stadiums. See customer stories from venues using PowerEPOS.

Cost and pricing

No. Triniteq charges a flat monthly subscription with zero transaction fees. You negotiate processing rates directly with your chosen payment processor, so what you pay Triniteq stays the same whether your business grows or not.

Pricing depends on your venue size, number of terminals, and which add-on modules you need. See the pricing page to build your own package and see indicative costs, or call 1300 784 666 for a tailored quote.

POS hardware, such as terminals and printers, are sold separately from the PowerEPOS software subscription. Browse the range in the hardware shop, and build a package and see indicative costs on the pricing page, or your quote will set out hardware, installation, and any setup costs alongside your ongoing monthly software fee.

No. All Triniteq prices are exclusive of GST (ex GST) unless otherwise stated.

POS hardware

A typical setup includes a POS terminal, a receipt printer, and a cash drawer, with kitchen display screens and handheld devices added depending on your venue. Browse the range in the hardware shop, or call 1300 784 666 to discuss the right hardware for your setup.

In some cases, compatible existing hardware can be reused, which reduces upgrade costs during implementation. Talk to the sales team about your current setup, and browse the hardware shop for anything you may need to add.

Call the Triniteq support line on 1300 784 666, or submit a ticket through the Knowledge Base. Because PowerEPOS is cloud-hybrid, your other terminals keep taking orders and your venue keeps trading while the Australian-based support team troubleshoots remotely and arranges a replacement or repair. If you need a replacement terminal, browse the hardware shop.

Installation and training

Timeframes depend on the size and complexity of your setup. A single-terminal cafe can be installed remotely in a short timeframe, while multi-terminal venues and large multi-site rollouts are scheduled in stages and take longer to minimise disruption to trade.

Yes. Every installation includes staff training, delivered remotely online or in person on-site depending on your setup. Enterprise deployments include comprehensive, staged training as part of the rollout. Ongoing guides and video tutorials are available through the Knowledge Base, where you can also submit a support ticket and check its status.

Your implementation team will confirm exact requirements for your setup, which generally include stable network access, power at each terminal location, and your menu and pricing structure ready ahead of configuration. Not yet a customer? Request a quote to get started.

Sales quotes

Accept and digitally sign the quote provided, then pay the deposit to confirm. Call 1300 784 666 or book a time with the sales team if you have questions before signing.

PowerEPOS is modular, so you can choose the integrations, workflows, and hardware that suit your venue rather than being forced into a standard setup. Triniteq can also customise the POS and undertake custom development for specific requirements. Talk to the sales team about your specific requirements and they'll configure a solution around them.

Most Triniteq quotes are valid for 30 days, and the exact validity period is shown on your quote. If you're unsure or need an update on a quote you've already received, call 1300 784 666 or contact the sales team.

Accounts and billing

The easiest way to pay is monthly billing to a credit or debit card. Direct debit from a bank account can also be set up if you prefer. You can update your billing information anytime through the customer billing portal, or contact the accounts team for help.

Invoices are sent to your registered billing email each cycle. You can also view invoices and payment history anytime through the customer billing portal. If you need copies of past invoices or a payment summary, contact the Triniteq accounts team or call 1300 784 666.

Yes. Account transfers can be arranged when a venue changes ownership. Contact the Triniteq accounts team to start the process.

Email accounts@triniteq.com with written notice at least 7 days before the 1st of the month, which is when PowerEPOS bills, to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Include your business name, account or customer number, and requested cancellation date. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period, so export any data you need beforehand, as it's permanently removed after cancellation. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only, no refunds are issued for the current cycle. For help with the process, call 1300 784 276.
