How long does installation take?

Installation Timeline: 2 days to 4 weeks (depending on setup Choice)

Installation Options & Timeframes:

Self-Setup (1-2 Days):

  • We remotely set up the software on your hardware or the hardware we provided
  • Setup guides and video tutorials provided on how to program your menu
  • Support available via phone during setup
  • Timeline: 1 - 2 days

Professional Programming (Standard Service):

  • Triniteq programs your complete system
  • Custom menu setup and configuration
  • Staff training included
  • Timeline: Up to 2 weeks from order confirmation

What We Need to Start:

  • Signed invoice
  • First deposit payment
  • Completed Excel menu list (your menu items and pricing)

Seasonal Considerations:

  • Regular periods: approximatley 2 weeks
  • Busy seasons (e.g. pre-Christmas): Up to 4 weeks
  • Advance notice: We'll inform you of the timeframe before accepting your order

Installation Process:

  1. Order confirmation: Signed invoice and deposit received
  2. Menu programming: We configure your system with your items
  3. System testing: Quality assurance before delivery
  4. Installation day: On-site or remote setup and staff training
  5. Go-live support: Our support team are available until you are comfortable with the system
