Shaun Munro is the CEO/MD of Triniteq, a company that provides hospitality businesses with innovative software solutions to help them improve efficiencies, maximise revenues, and solve problems.

He has been a part of the Triniteq team for more than 15 years. He is also a salesperson and hospitality consultant. Shaun is passionate about helping hospitality businesses thrive and has a holistic approach to identifying areas where they can improve. He holds an MBA and a Diploma in Project Management, is a qualified chef, and has experience as a hotel manager.

In addition to his professional experience, Shaun has a variety of personal interests and experiences. He has three children, is married, and is from Ballarat, Victoria. He enjoys mountain biking and loves music, having been a singer in a metal band. Shaun has traveled extensively and spent several years cooking in the UK and Ireland.

Shaun is proud of his team's achievements and takes pride in leading a company that is now thriving after being under the threat of disappearing. He enjoys combining hospitality and strategic business management knowledge to help clients succeed. His role has evolved since he joined the team, starting as a BDM, then moving up to Sales Manager, GM, and finally CEO/MD.

Shaun hopes to bring Triniteq's software, PowerEPOS, to the world and help clients make more money by creating value for their businesses. He also wants to safeguard hospitality businesses from the many pitfalls of this volatile industry. He enjoys solving complex problems and making a difference in clients' businesses. The team supports Shaun in achieving these goals by prioritising customer focus, excellence, integrity, respect, and innovation, Triniteq's core values.
