What is Insights Lite?

Insights Lite is a reporting and dashboard tool that gives you live access to your PowerEPOS data from any device. It includes Overview, Sales and Performance dashboards, exportable reports and scheduled snapshots, so you can check how your business is tracking without waiting for end-of-day reports.

How much does Insights Lite cost?

What's the difference between Insights Lite and Sales Analyst?

Insights Lite covers live dashboards, snapshots and basic sales reporting on mobile and desktop. Sales Analyst builds on Insights Lite with multi-layered analysis, custom criteria, automated scheduled reports, format flexibility and receipt-level transaction detail, all included when you upgrade to Sales Analyst. Sales Analyst is used mostly on desktop because it is in-depth reporting.

Can I access Insights Lite on my phone?

Yes. Insights Lite is available on desktop, tablet and smartphone, with the PowerEPOS Insights app for iOS and Android, so you can check your numbers wherever you have a data connection.

Is Insights Lite suitable for multi-site businesses?

Yes. Insights Lite reports by location, group or site, and lets you limit access by permission level so each person sees only the data relevant to their role. Multi-currency reporting is also available for venues operating across regions.

Does Insights Lite work with WaiterPOS?

Insights Lite works with PowerEPOS, and with WaiterPOS version 8 and above for existing WaiterPOS customers. If your WaiterPOS version is older than 8, talk to us about moving to PowerEPOS.

What support is available for Insights Lite?
