What is PowerEPOS Gift Card Manager?
Gift Card Manager is a PowerEPOS add-on for creating, selling, redeeming and reporting on gift cards. You manage it in TQ Platform, and your team redeems cards at any PowerEPOS terminal. It works for single venues and multi-site groups.
What types of gift cards can we sell with PowerEPOS?
You can sell plastic gift cards, printable vouchers with a barcode, and digital gift cards. Digital cards are bought online and delivered by email as a PDF voucher and an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass.
Can customers buy our gift cards online?
Yes. Gift Cards Online gives your venue its own branded gift card store with your hero image, colours and preset amounts. Customers can send a card to someone else, add a personal message and schedule delivery for a later date.
How do customers receive and use a digital gift card?

Yes. Gift cards sold through Gift Cards Online automatically meet the three-year minimum expiry period required under Australian Consumer Law. In Gift Card Manager, you can set expiry dates automatically or add them manually.
Can a gift card bought at one venue be used at another?
Yes. For multi-site groups and franchises, gift card balances are shared across your venues, so guests can buy at one location and redeem at another.
Can we move our existing gift cards across?
Yes. Bulk import moves your existing gift card codes and balances into Gift Card Manager. You can also keep selling printed cards by adding their codes to the system.
