What sets us apart

Six reasons venues choose PowerEPOS

Choose your payment provider

PowerEPOS integrates with 20+ payment providers. Negotiate your own rates, and switch providers without changing your POS.

No Triniteq transaction fees

We don't take a cut of your sales. You pay a fixed monthly subscription, so your POS fees don't rise just because you're busier.

Works when the internet doesn't

PowerEPOS keeps trading when your connection drops, then syncs automatically to the cloud once you're back online.

One platform, cafés to stadiums

The same POS runs single cafés, multi-site groups and major venues like Stadiums Tasmania. Add sites and modules as you grow.

Australian-made, Australian-supported

Designed, developed and supported by our Australian team. Talk to people who know hospo, in business hours and after hours.

We do the lot

Installation, menu setup, staff training, project management and ongoing support, remote or on site, so you can focus on your guests.

Groups, franchises and major venues

Built for multi-site groups, franchises and major venues

The same PowerEPOS platform runs a single café and a ten-site group. Here's what it gives you at scale.

Multi-site groups

  • Change menus and prices once and send them to every site
  • Give each site its own menus and prices when you need to
  • One staff login that works across your sites
  • Add new venues by copying an existing setup

Payment freedom

Switch providers, not POS

Many POS systems bundle payments in, so changing providers means changing your whole system. PowerEPOS keeps them separate.

Choose from 20+ integrated payment providers, negotiate your own rates, and switch when a better deal comes along. Your menus, reports and staff setup stay exactly as they are.

The Grosvenor Hotel, Perth, running PowerEPOS

The most surprising thing has been how seamless the integration has been into our business. We haven't noticed any speed bumps, any major issues, or any hurdles with team training. The team have been able to pick it up and just run with it.
