How it works across your network

One franchise POS from franchisor to every franchisee

A franchise brand lives or dies on consistency. PowerEPOS lets head office set the standard once, makes it easy for franchisees to deliver it, and shows you how every store is tracking.

  1. Franchisor

    Set the brand standard

One menu, managed from head office.

    • Menus, prices and promotions sent to every store
    • Prices by store or region where needed
    • Access controls for franchisees and staff
  2. New franchisee

    Open a store on brand

Every new store starts from your setup.

    • Copy the brand setup to the new store
    • Project-managed install and on-site training
    • Same screens as every other store
  3. Every service

    Fast and consistent

The same order, made the same way.

    • Meal deals and combos as single buttons
    • Required modifiers and upsell prompts
    • Kitchen display screens with order numbers
  4. Network reporting

    See every store

    • Franchisees see their own stores
Brand control

Head office sets the standard, franchisees run the store

Give your franchise network one consistent menu, price list and set of promotions, with the right level of control for head office and each franchisee.

  • Central menus and pricing. Change items, prices and promotions once and send them to every store, or to one region.
  • Prices by store or region. Run metro and regional pricing, or store-specific items, without a separate menu for each store.
  • Access for every role. Head office sees the whole network, and each franchisee sees and manages their own stores.
  • One login across stores. Staff and area managers can work across the stores they are set up for.
  • The same screens everywhere. Train once, and staff can work in any store in the network.
Why PowerEPOS

Why franchise networks choose PowerEPOS

Every new franchisee adds complexity. Your POS should protect your brand, keep costs predictable for franchisees and come with a local team that knows hospitality.

20+ integrated payment providers

Choose your own payment provider

PowerEPOS works with 20+ payment providers, so you choose the EFTPOS provider and negotiate rates across your whole network. If a better deal comes along, you can switch providers without changing your POS.

Triniteq charges no transaction fees. You pay one predictable monthly fee, so franchisees' POS costs don't rise as their stores get busier.

Keeps trading when the internet drops

PowerEPOS is cloud-hybrid. If one store loses its internet connection, it keeps trading and the rest of the network is unaffected. Everything syncs back to the cloud once it is reconnected.

Australian support, during and after hours

Talk to a support team based in Australia, in your time zone, not an overseas call centre. Franchise rollouts are project managed, with on-site installation and training for each franchisee.

Australian-made since 1997

PowerEPOS is certified Australian Made by Triniteq, a hospitality POS company founded in Perth in 1997 and now supporting venues nationwide.

Grows with your network

Add franchisees on the same platform as your network grows. PowerEPOS runs franchise networks, multi-state hospitality groups and major stadiums.

Built for quick service

Fast, consistent service in every franchise store

Quick service franchises win on speed and consistency. PowerEPOS builds both into the order screen.

Meal deals in one tap

Combos and meal deals are single buttons, with the right size, side and drink prompts built in, so every order is rung up the same way in every store.

Required modifiers and upsells

Required modifiers mean no order leaves without its size, sauce or protein, and upsell prompts suggest the extras at the point of order.

Kitchen screens and order numbers

Orders go to kitchen display screens by station with bump and recall, and order numbers or pagers keep dine-in and takeaway moving.

Add-ons and integrations

Add what your network needs, when it needs it

Start with the core franchise POS, then switch on add-ons and connect the apps your network already uses. Add them for one store or every store.

Getting started

How to roll out PowerEPOS across your franchise network

Switching POS across a franchise network needs a plan. Here is how we roll out PowerEPOS without disrupting your stores, in four steps.

  1. Book a discovery call

Tell us about your network: your stores, franchise model, menu, current systems, hardware and payment providers. We will recommend a setup to suit.

  2. We build your brand setup

Our team builds your master menu, meal deals, prompts, price levels, kitchen routing, user roles and network reporting, ready to copy to every store.

  3. Roll out store by store

A dedicated project manager rolls PowerEPOS out to each franchisee, with on-site installation and team training. Use new hardware or compatible Windows devices franchisees already own.

  4. Onboard new franchisees

Each new store starts from your brand setup, with the same install and training process and Australian-based support during and after hours.

FAQ

Franchise POS FAQs

What is the best POS system for franchises in Australia?

The right franchise POS lets head office control menus, prices and promotions across the network, gives each franchisee the access they need, reports on every store in real time and keeps stores trading when the internet drops. PowerEPOS is an Australian-made franchise POS that does all of this, with 20+ integrated payment providers and Australian-based support during and after hours.

Can head office control menus and prices across all franchise stores?

Yes. Head office can change menu items, prices and promotions once and send them to every store, or to a region. Stores can also have their own prices or items where your franchise model allows it.

Can we set different prices for metro and regional stores?

Yes. You can set prices by store or by region, so metro and regional stores can run different prices from the same master menu.

What can franchisees see and change in PowerEPOS?

You decide. User roles and permissions are set by store, so head office sees the whole network and each franchisee sees and manages their own stores. Staff can use one login across the stores they work at.

How do we add a new franchisee to PowerEPOS?

A new store can be set up by copying your existing brand setup, so it opens with the same menu, prompts, prices and reporting as the rest of the network. Our team project manages the installation and training.

How does PowerEPOS keep service consistent across franchise stores?

Every store uses the same screens, meal deal buttons, required modifiers and upsell prompts, so orders are taken and made the same way everywhere. Staff trained in one store can work in any store.

What reporting does head office get across the franchise network?

Sales Analyst gives head office real-time reporting across every store on phone or desktop. Compare store sales, promotion and menu performance and staff performance, and spot top performers and stores that need support.

Does PowerEPOS work offline in every franchise store?

Yes. PowerEPOS is a cloud-hybrid POS, so each store keeps trading if its internet connection drops, without affecting the rest of the network. Sales sync back to the cloud once the store is reconnected.

Does PowerEPOS work with kitchen display screens?

Yes. Orders route to kitchen display screens by station, with bump and recall, and order numbers or pagers for dine-in and takeaway.

Does PowerEPOS integrate with delivery platforms?

Yes. PowerEPOS integrates with Uber Eats and DoorDash for delivery, me&u for order and pay, Deputy and Tanda for rostering, CTB&Co and Restoke for stock, and Xero and MYOB for accounting. See all PowerEPOS integrations.

Can franchisees choose their own payment provider?

PowerEPOS integrates with 20+ payment providers, so your network or each franchisee can choose the EFTPOS provider and rates that suit, and switch later without changing POS. Triniteq charges no transaction fees.

Is PowerEPOS also suitable for company-owned groups?

Yes. If you run company-owned venues rather than a franchise, see our multi-site POS for hospitality groups.

How much does a franchise POS system cost?

PowerEPOS is a monthly software licence per terminal with a fee per site, and Triniteq charges no transaction fees, so POS costs stay predictable for every franchisee as sales grow. Bundles and volume discounts are available for franchise networks. See current pricing on our POS pricing menu.

Is PowerEPOS made in Australia?

Yes. PowerEPOS is certified Australian Made and developed by Triniteq, which was founded in Perth in 1997 and now supports franchise networks and hospitality groups nationwide. Support comes from an Australian-based team, during and after hours.
