What do the PowerEPOS demo videos show?

There are two videos. The front-of-house demo shows order taking, split billing, payments, stock countdown, upsell and cross-sell prompts, product enquiry, putting orders on hold, order batching and integrations. The back office demo shows how to set up your front-of-house POS, add PLUs, set up menus and specials templates, add cross-sell and upsell prompts, set up sales modifiers and build touchscreens.

What is PowerEPOS?

PowerEPOS is a cloud-hybrid hospitality point of sale system for restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, clubs, stadiums and multi-venue operations. It combines ordering, payments, table management, reporting and back-office control in one system, and it is made and supported in Australia by Triniteq.

Can PowerEPOS be set up for my type of business?

Yes. PowerEPOS is completely customisable, so if you don't offer table service, or you need a POS for retail, we can set it up for your style of business.

Does Triniteq charge transaction fees?

No. Triniteq charges a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of your sales. You choose from 20+ integrated payment providers and negotiate your own rates.

Does PowerEPOS work offline?

Yes. PowerEPOS keeps running during internet outages. Your team can take orders, manage tables, accept integrated EFTPOS payments and record transactions. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the cloud automatically with no data lost.
