How can I cancel my PowerEPOS subscription?
PowerEPOS Cancellation Process
If you decide to cancel your PowerEPOS subscription, you must let us know in writing by email to Triniteq Support at least seven days before the first of the month to avoid being billed for the next month.
Cancellation Requirements
Written Notice Required
- Submit by email - Cancellation must be in writing to accounts@triniteq.com
- Seven days notice minimum - Email must be received at least 7 days before the 1st of the month
- Avoid next billing - Proper timing prevents charges for the following month
Cancellation Timeline
PowerEPOS bills on the 1st of each month, so:
- Submit by 24th - Ensures 7+ days notice before billing
- Service continues - Until the end of your current billing period
- Final billing - Covers service through your last active day
What to Include in Your Cancellation Email
When contacting Triniteq Support please include:
- Your business name and account details
- PowerEPOS account or customer number
- Requested cancellation effective date
- Clear statement that you wish to cancel
Important Reminders
- Export your data first - Download business records before the cancellation date
- Account deletion - Your data is permanently removed after cancellation
- No refunds - Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only
