Yes. Staff can charge restaurant, bar, café and pool bar orders to the guest's room in a few taps, and transfer bills between outlets or from a table to a room account.

You can split bills by seat, covers, portion or item, and charge parts of a bill to different rooms. For example, two couples dining together can each charge their meals to their own room, or a guest can put part on the room and pay the rest by card.

Yes. PowerEPOS is a cloud-hybrid POS, so your outlets keep processing orders and recording room charges if your internet connection drops. Everything syncs back to the cloud and posts to your PMS once you are reconnected.

Yes. PowerEPOS Stock tracks food and beverage stock across your restaurant, bars, café and pool bar. Each sale deducts stock automatically using your recipes, staff can record wastage and breakage as it happens, and you can transfer stock between outlets while still seeing reporting for each one. Stocktakes are faster too, with FIFO cost of goods calculated when you finalise the count.

Yes. You can set up menus for different times of day, seasons and events, and staff can access allergen information when guests ask. Dietary requests such as gluten free print on the kitchen docket.
