“We upgraded to Triniteq’s cloud based PowerEPOS system from WaiterPOS, so it was similar but much more intuitive. Setting up PowerEPOS was a simple easy process with great support and help along the way. After the initial setup time spent upgrading menus, it has massively affected POS programming saving money, time, and errors. Programming time has decreased which has helped to reduce wages, plus time spent processing bills has decreased so staff are more efficient. Insights for reporting is fantastic to use as it’s extremely clear and concise. PLU Groups is a new feature that makes reprogramming the tills fast and easy.
