Can customers still get paper receipts if requested?

Yes. While digital receipts are sent automatically, you can still print receipts from PowerEPOS if customers request them.

Refunds for Qlub payments are processed through the Qlub merchant portal. The transaction adjustments will reflect in your PowerEPOS reporting.

Is there a transaction fee?

Qlub's transaction fees are separate from PowerEPOS. Contact Qlub directly for current pricing details.

What if internet connection drops?

Qlub requires internet connectivity for payment processing. If connection is lost, use alternative payment methods until service restores. PowerEPOS continues operating in offline mode.
