Your POS, your payment provider, your call
PowerEPOS gives cafés, multi-site groups, franchises and stadiums across Australia and New Zealand the freedom to choose their payment provider, and keeps trading when the internet drops.
Six reasons venues choose PowerEPOS
Choose your payment provider
PowerEPOS integrates with 20+ payment providers. Negotiate your own rates, and switch providers without changing your POS.
No Triniteq transaction fees
We don't take a cut of your sales. You pay a fixed monthly subscription, so your POS fees don't rise just because you're busier.
Works when the internet doesn't
PowerEPOS keeps trading when your connection drops, then syncs automatically to the cloud once you're back online.
One platform, cafés to stadiums
The same POS runs single cafés, multi-site groups and major venues like Stadiums Tasmania. Add sites and modules as you grow.
Australian-made, Australian-supported
Designed, developed and supported by our Australian team. Talk to people who know hospo, in business hours and after hours.
We do the lot
Installation, menu setup, staff training, project management and ongoing support, remote or on site, so you can focus on your guests.
Built for multi-site groups, franchises and major venues
The same PowerEPOS platform runs a single café and a ten-site group. Here's what it gives you at scale.
Multi-site groups
- Change menus and prices once and send them to every site
- Give each site its own menus and prices when you need to
- One staff login that works across your sites
- Add new venues by copying an existing setup
Franchises
- Required modifiers, upsell prompts and meal deal buttons
- KDS bump and recall, plus order numbers and pagers
- Franchisees see and manage only their own stores
- Payment provider chosen by each franchisee or set network-wide
Stadiums and events
- Trusted by major venues like Stadiums Tasmania
- Quick to set up for every event, as Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre does
- Daily POS licensing, plus hardware hire by the day or month
- Integrates with venue management systems like Ungerboeck and Oracle
Trusted by hospitality groups and major venues
- The Cray
- Pholklore
- Nadia's Café
- Stadiums Tasmania
- VenuesWest
- Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
Switch providers, not POS
Many POS systems bundle payments in, so changing providers means changing your whole system. PowerEPOS keeps them separate.
Choose from 20+ integrated payment providers, negotiate your own rates, and switch when a better deal comes along. Your menus, reports and staff setup stay exactly as they are.

Common questions
Does Triniteq charge transaction fees?
No. Triniteq doesn't charge transaction fees. You pay a fixed monthly subscription for PowerEPOS and negotiate your card rates directly with your payment provider.
Which payment providers does PowerEPOS work with?
PowerEPOS integrates with 20+ payment providers, including major banks and independent providers. You can switch providers without changing your POS. See our integrations.
What happens if our internet goes down?
PowerEPOS is cloud-hybrid, so it keeps running when your internet drops and you can keep taking orders and cash sales. Card payments need a live connection to reach the bank. Everything syncs to the cloud automatically once you're back online.
Is PowerEPOS suitable for multi-site groups?
Yes. Head office can update menus and prices once and send them to every site, or each site can run its own. One staff login works across sites, and new venues can be added by copying an existing setup.
Does PowerEPOS work for franchises?
Yes. PowerEPOS supports franchise networks with required modifiers, upsell prompts, meal deal buttons and KDS bump and recall. Franchisees can be limited to seeing and managing only their own stores, and the payment provider can be chosen by each franchisee or set network-wide. See our franchise POS.
