About Triniteq

Australian hospitality POS, since 1997

We build PowerEPOS and support it with an Australian team who know hospo from the inside. From single cafés to stadiums, we help venues trade faster, keep selling when the internet drops, and keep more of what they earn.

Our story

Nearly 30 years of building POS for hospo

Triniteq was founded in Perth in 1997. We were early pioneers of handheld ordering, connecting PDA ordering devices to our own POS software years before anyone had a smartphone in their pocket.

Today we're a national team supporting venues right across Australia. PowerEPOS has grown with our customers, from food trucks and neighbourhood cafés to multi-site groups and major venues like Stadiums Tasmania.

What hasn't changed is how we work. We build it, we install it, we train your team and we pick up the phone.

We know hospo

Built by people who've worked the floor

Our CEO, Shaun Munro, started his career as a chef before managing restaurants and hotels. He saw first-hand how clunky POS systems slowed service down and got between staff and their guests.

He knew it could be better. After earning his MBA, Shaun took the lead at Triniteq to build POS around the way venues actually run.

Most of our team come from hospitality and retail too. So we design for the Saturday night rush, not the sales demo: fast screens, common-sense layouts and the integrations each venue needs.
