What payment options are available?

For PowerEPOS Plans and POS Shop purchases, all payments are processed via credit card. For WaiterPOS, Management Suite Modules and hardware purchased directly (i.e., not through our online POS shop), payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer and direct debit.

Is hardware included in the price?

Is hardware included in the price?

Hardware is not included but we have a range of affordable options. Check out our POS Shop or contact us for further options. We can provide low-cost tablet bundles right through to stylish POS terminals that complement your brand and venue style, as well as printers and peripherals.

Is it easy to change PowerEPOS plans?

Is it easy to change PowerEPOS plans?

Sure! Just contact us to increase or decrease your plan, or even add or remove devices. No lock-in contracts mean you’re free to change your plan whenever your requirements change.

Do you set up the hardware during installation?

During your onboarding session one of our expert support specialists will install your software and talk you through set-up remotely. For more comprehensive support such as in-person, please discuss your requirements with one of our installation specialists or contact us and let us know what you need.

For PowerEPOS and WaiterPOS, some integrations are included in the pricing, and some are not. For PowerEPOS, most integration fees are detailed in the plan as add-ons. WaiterPOS offers many integrations of which most are included in the pay-once price. Some integration partners require you to subscribe to their services as well.
